Uncanny X-Men: Days Of Future Past Mobile Game Coming In May
By Nick Tylwalk
The possible future depicted in X-Men: Days of Future Past isn’t a pleasant one in the comics and doesn’t look like a place you’d want to live in the upcoming movie either. But playing in that world might not be so bad, which is why the Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past mobile game coming soon might be worth a look.
Developed by Glitchsoft, the game is described as a 2D side-scroller built on the Helios Game Engine (though I confes to not knowing exactly what that is). Marvel says the game targets mid-core gamers with its “afast-paced, rewarding, and combat-focused experience.”
Beating up on Sentinels could be awesome, but on mobile, it will depend on how tight the controls turn out (Glitchsoft, if you’re reading this, no virtual thumbstick please!). The game’s official site doesn’t have too much more info on it just yet, but we won’t have to wait long to see the finished product anyway since Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past will hit both iOS and Android in May.
