Last Day For S.H.I.E.L.D. Recruitment Weekend In Marvel Heroes

It’s not too late to be recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D. I mean it probably is in real life, seeing as there is no S.H.I.E.L.D. in this world (as far as you know), and you haven’t exactly been keeping yourself in field agent shape now have you?

But in Marvel Heroes, the window hasn’t closed yet. The S.H.I.E.L.D. Recruitment Weekend is still going through today, giving you 100 percent bonus loot drops if you prove yourself to Nick Fury and company — or any LMDs they may send in their places — in the Holo-Sim. All you have to do is defeat waves of bad guys to get the extra goodies, but hey, you’re a super hero, remember? Plus there’s a daily preparedness kit to help out, and you may need it.

The other Marvel Heroes news involves new costumes inspired by a little film you may have heard of called Captain America: The Winter Soldier. If you want to rock the look Captain America sports in the hit film, now you can. His running mate Black Widow got her Asgardian-enhanced suit from Fear Itself, and Taskmaster got another costume just because he’s cool. Also be on the lookout for limited time Cap and Black Widow bundles, because you know seeing the movie is going to want you to use those characters in the game.

Don’t wait though. S.H.I.E.L.D. Recruitment Weekend is over after today, and you know Fury is going off the grid for a while after that. Time’s a wasting!
