He’s not the best known Flash enemy, and you’d want to be careful to avoid the risk of too many people running around with super-speed. But I think this gentleman named after the Hindu god of motion could work on TV, especially by playing up the cult aspect, as the comic book of Savitar could “lend” speed to his followers.
On top of that, he runs around shirtless, and the Arrow team has already shown it has no problem showcasing bare-chested men. Get some charismatic hunky guy to play him and you’ve got a super-fast cult leader, which is a problem worthy of the Flash’s attention.
