7. Trickster

The mood on Arrow is generally pretty grim and serious, but there’s every reason to think that The Flash might have a lighter feel. That would make the Trickster a good fit, as his schemes usually tend to be about him simply outwitting and frustrating the Scarlet Speedster. Not sure about his air-walking shoes, and I’m positive he won’t dress like Mark Hamill did.

It’s also worth noting that the original Trickster, James Jesse, was a con man who ended up reforming. Since Arrow likes to play with shades of gray, it’s not hard to imagine the TV Trickster as a morally ambiguous character who might even help Flash out if there’s something in it for him.
