Black Bolt and J. Jonah Jameson’s Secrets Exposed In Original Sins #3

The torrent of information better left hidden or unexplored doesn’t look like it’s going to slow down as Original Sin plays out over the next few months. Its companion series Original Sins is exploring how the Watcher’s once-secret store of information has been affecting individual characters, and that journey continues in the title’s third issue in July.

Black Bolt has more secrets than most, since, well, the king of the Inhumans doesn’t talk much (for fear of his voice causing mass destruction, which is a pretty good reason!). Still, writer Charles Soule and artist Ryan Browne have uncovered a big one that Marvel says will “upend the power balance of the entire Inhuman community.”  The continuing Young Avengers story by Ryan North and Ramon Villalobos sees a showdown between the young heroes and The Hood. And last but not least, star creators Dan Slott and Mark Bagley team to tell a tale that centers on J. Jonah Jameson, and we’re guessing his sin goes beyond his distrust of a certain web-slinger.

Still not intrigued? Maybe a sample page from each story will change your mind. Original Sins #3 hits comic stores and digital on July 9.
