The Official Avengers: Age Of Ultron Teaser Trailer Is Here

As if Wednesday can’t get any better (because we all know that Wednesday is “hump day” — we pick up momentum in the middle of the week knowing that the weekend is only two days away), Marvel gives us the official teaser trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron! Originally scheduled to be released during next week’s episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel has decided to become a hero itself and release it to us now. As Conan the Barbarian would say, “Enough talk!”
First thoughts: the teaser trailer is creepy, exciting, dark, and epic! As promised by Joss Whedon and crew, this truly looks huge and amazing. The scenes actually generate more questions than answers. Why is Thor choking Tony Stark and lifting him up? Why is Captain America’s supposed invulnerable vibranium shield cracked? Why is Iron Man facing off with the Hulk? Okay, who really cares why on the last one. What’s important is that we finally get to see the Hulkbuster suit! Yeehaw! If it’s not coming through in my writing, I’m beyond excited. I’m going to go and watch this teaser again for another one-hundred times … before tonight ends. And I’ll continue watching it until the next one is released.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is set for a North America release date of May 1, 2015.
