6. Storm and T’Challa
The relationship between Strom and T’Challa was great. They were perfect for each other. Both know what it’s like to lose their parents at an early age. Both Storm and T’Challa are warriors. And they both understand what it’s like to have the weight of the world on their shoulders. More importantly, they share the same love for people. The only problem is their relationship was fast-tracked in comic books. Despite the miniseries (Storm) telling the story of how they met, there was a giant jump between the time they were together as children and adults. Even after their annulment, Storm and T’Challa continue to work on their relationship. T’Challa is also helping Storm realize that she is the goddess people see her as.
5. Peter Parker and Mary Jane
Peter Parker and Mary Jane are one of the more iconic love stories in comic book lore. They have had their ups and downs, but they always seemed to get back together. They went through Green Goblins, Symbiote suits, Civil Wars, and so much more. The love they had for each other was so valuable that Mephisto himself wanted it as a barter. Mary Jane made a deal with Mephisto that resulted in her and Peter never getting married. They have not been together since, but before the deal was made, Mary Jane told Peter that she believed their love for each other was so strong that they’d find a way to get back together.
