Lantern Corps in the Marvel Universe

Black: Death
Oath: “The Blackest Night falls from the skies, The darkness grows as all light dies. We crave your hearts and your demise, By my black hand, the dead shall rise!”
The Black Lantern is extremely cool. Also, it’s so powerful that it took the entirety of all the Lanterns and then some to stop it. While the other Lanterns gain power from the emotional spectrum, the Black Lantern can control the dead and feed off the people they kill. During Blackest Night, Black Hand (leader of the Black Lantern Corps) even controlled the heroes and villains who died and resurrected. That includes Superman, Green Arrow, and Barry Allen (who luckily outran the Black Lantern ring).
Thanos
Thanos may not be obsessed with Death anymore, but no one could wield the power of the Black Lantern like Thanos could. With Thanos’ obsession with controlling and destroying everything (unlike Doom who wants to rule) would require an army. Since characters like Thor, Captain America, Wolverine, and a host of others have died, Thanos could amass an army that could accomplish his goal of destroying the universe and maybe even other realities. His bloodshed would never end.

Thanos may be the only person in the universe who is more feared than Galactus. That said, Thanos would much rather control an army of his former enemies than rely on fear. Other members: Death, Deadpool
