Zoey Deutch is has made a name for herself as one of the great young actresses in Hollywood. Most recently she starred in the critically acclaimed romantic comedy, Set it Up. Deutch’s portrayal as Harper was classic in a movie that may have revived rom-com. In Set it Up she plays a glasses wearing unassuming assistant who schemes with Glen Powell’s character, Charlie to set up their mean bosses. If you want to see Deutch kick ass, in a completely different role check her out in 2014’s Vampire Academy. She plays half-human half-vampire, as Rose Hathaway, a guardian in training.
In Flower, she plays Erica who has the gift of gab and a lot of spunk. No matter who Deutch plays, her character stands out even when she shares the screen with great actors like Bryan Cranston and James Franco (Why Him). Having Deutch play Kara would be a smart move by the DCEU, she’d bring instant credibility and versatility.
