The Good: Less Danny more everyone else

Danny Rand may be the star of the show, but. sadly, people don’t care about his character. Despite being better than he was in season one, he still didn’t have the pizzazz he had in that one episode of Luke Cage. The creative team seemed to notice this and did something genius. They gave us more of everyone else.

First off, Ward was still amazing start to finish. He’s a flawed character that is still trying to be a good man. Second, Joy started off weak, and ended up having a great arc. Davos and Mary Walker were amazing (as I’ve stated). And last but certainly not least, Colleen and Misty were phenomenal.

Comic book fans have wanted to see a Daughters of the Dragon show since Misty and Colleen debuted on their respective shows. Seeing them team up in season two of Luke Cage and now, watching them become friends in this season of Iron Fist has been everything we hoped for. They were smart, witty and brutal. Marvel would be foolish not to put them in a series. Two strong women taking on crime? No way that fails.
