15 best Stan Lee cameos from the Marvel movies

1. Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

Here it is, the no. 1 spot and the official winner of the imaginary gold medal that I have created for the best Stan Lee cameo appearance goes to Lee’s appearance in Thor: Ragnarok.

In the hit film directed by Taika Waititi, Lee cameos as a cyber barber who is given the mission of cutting Thor’s iconic locks. I’m really not sure what made this moment so good. Maybe it was a combination of it all, but every second of this very short cameo where Lee cuts Thor’s hair was brilliant.

From Stan Lee’s ridiculous weird look as a cyber barber, to Thor being all tough and threatening that anyone who touches his hair will pay the price. Only for him to break down like a big girl just before the first snip of the hair. The whole thing was comical, and really fitted the overall tone of what is easily the best Thor standalone movie.

All in all, Lee’s appearance in Ragnarok was, by far, his greatest cameo appearance.
