4. Ikaris – The Eternals

The Eternals will change the MCU forever. Their history dates back millenniums as god-like beings who roamed the earth. We broke down the characters expected to appear in Eternals two weeks ago and we included Ikaris.

"“Ikaris is often seen in the forefront of the group. He’s known for his brash attitude and cockiness. Of all the Eternals he’s one the mortal enemies of the Deviants.”"

Cena can pull off the brash cocky god-like being that Ikaris is. With the film set to depict the Eternals dealing with memory loss, we’ll get to see Cena act.

3. Orion – New Gods

Like The Eternals, New Gods expects to take a deeper, broader look into the DC Extended Universe. Director Ava DuVernay’s film will likely include Darkseid’s second born son, Orion.

After he was born, Orion was sent away from his home planet to New Genesis. There he grew up to become a hero. There, earned the name, The Dog of War for his ruthlessness. With Orion, Cena can rap into the depths of his character.

At his core, Orion is an angered mighty being whose brutal upbringing shaped his foundation. However, New Genesis helped to suppress and channel the darkness. The difficult battle between rage and tranquility is an interesting dynamic that Cena could tackle.
