3. Legends of Tomorrow‘s Supernatural crossover

The returning episode of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, “Zari, Not Zari”, will see The CW’s outcasts and/or misfits find themselves in coming face-to-face with television’s most famous Impala. That’s right, Sam and Dean’s demon-hunting machine is officially canon in the Arrowverse!

Photos for the episode were officially released a number of weeks back, revealing that Sara Lance, John Constantine and Charlie encounter the famous vehicle. But what about the Winchesters themselves, you ask? Well, while it wouldn’t be too out there for The CW’s most meta show to feature an appearance from actors Jensen Ackles or Jared Padalecki, don’t be expecting to see Dean or Sam show up because all is not what it seems.

In the episode, Charlie and Constantine head off in search of another piece of the Loom of Fate and, in the process, find their way to Vancouver, British Columbia – the place in which all of the Arrowverse shows (and most of The CW’s other series) just so happen to be filmed. In doing so, end up on the set of Supernatural.

A neat little nod to the network’s longest-running show, it’s going to be interesting to see how John Constantine reacts to the vehicle.
