The MCU actors are everywhere in film and TV, and here’s where you can find them

Mark Ruffalo (Hulk)
Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk went through some big changes in Avengers: Endgame, merging Bruce Banner and Hulk. Now his career as the strongest Avenger is ambiguous without a concrete role in upcoming MCU movies. Although we may not see Hulk in theaters anytime soon, Ruffalo has teased a possible appearance in the upcoming She-Hulk series on Disney Plus.
The bad news is that She-Hulk will not premiere for a few years, but the good news for Mark Ruffalo fans is that you can watch him right now in I Know This Much Is True. He plays twin brothers; one suffers from serious mental issues, while the other struggles to keep his life in order. It is still too early to determine the show’s success as a whole, but no one can question that Ruffalo is simply stunning in it. I Know This Much Is True airs new episodes every Sunday on HBO.
Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Tom Holland (Spider-Man), and Paul Rudd (Ant-Man)
One of the last movies to hit theaters before they started closing down is Pixar’s Onward, headlined by the voice talents of Chris Pratt and Tom Holland. Because many people did not have a chance to catch it on the big screen, Disney released the animated film on Disney Plus just weeks later. It is a fun and touching family-oriented fantasy perfect for fans of Star-Lord and Spider-Man.
And if you want to get a glimpse of Chris Pratt’s face, he is hysterical in A Parks and Recreation Special. The whole cast returns years after the final episode for a special stay-at-home episode, and Pratt is as funny as ever as the lovable dimwit Andy Dwyer. Paul Rudd also appears as his recurring character Bobby Newport. His presence as the obliviously foolish political hopeful rounds out the special. A Parks and Recreation Special can be viewed via NBC On Demand.
Jon Favreau (Happy Hogan)
Jon Favreau had an expanded role in the latest MCU film, Spider-Man: Far From Home, suggesting the prolific actor, director, producer may not be done with Happy Hogan. Aside from working on live-action Disney movies and running Disney Plus’ The Mandalorian, Favreau also features in his own cooking show creation, The Chef Show.
The Chef Show is one of the most unique cooking shows out there because of Favreau and partner Roy Choi’s unfiltered exploratory approach to presenting their culinary experiences. Favreau clearly wants to learn as much as possible about cooking and food preparation and he is not afraid to make mistakes in the kitchen. His guest for one of the newer episodes is director Sam Raimi, who is in talks to helm Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. All episodes of the third season of The Chef Show are currently streaming on Netflix.
John Slattery (Howard Stark) and Cate Blanchett (Hela)
John Slattery had an unexpected and poignant role in Avengers: Endgame in what may be his final performance as the older Howard Stark. Fans of the actor can currently watch him in Mrs. America alongside Cate Blanchett. MCU enthusiasts’ particular attachment to the Oscar winning thespian is due to her commanding villainy in Thor: Ragnarok.
Blanchett leads the outstanding ensemble of Mrs. America as the anti-feminist Phyllis Schlafly; Slattery plays her husband. There is some acute political drama at play in the miniseries and Blanchett brings out the opposing dichotomy inherent within Schlafly like no one else could.
On top of Slattery and Blanchett, Ant-Man’s Bobby Cannavale shows up in an episode as a talk show host. And last but not least, Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel‘s directors, are among the producers and directors for the show.
Hulu reveals new chapters of Mrs. America every Wednesday.
