1. Madame Xanadu

Speaking of Madame Xanadu, she in herself would make a fine addition to the cast. Interestingly enough, despite serving as the catalyst who recruited, created, and essentially founded Justice League Dark, Madame Xanadu was excluded completely from the two animated adaptations we have of the Justice League Dark universe.

It is puzzling to think that she did not have her presence known in any way, shape, or form, but better late than never as they say and there is no better way to bring her to the forefront than in this new HBO Max series.

Actual fans of the Justice League comics would understand and agree that Madame Xanadu is not only vital to the average Justice League Dark storyline, but it is darn near impossible to even tell a Justice League Dark story without including her in some way or another. Keeping that in mind, HBO Max should not attempt to tell such stories without the character in the cast.

If HBO Max want to challenge themselves by writing their way around her, they are free to do so, but if they want to genuinely adapt the source material and offer fans a live action look at how one of their favorite characters brought together their favorite superhero team, then they should absolutely make room in the cast for Madame Xanadu.
