10. Tombstone

Lonnie Thompson Lincoln, a.k.a. Tombstone, is literally as tough as they come. His skin is as durable as Luke Cage’s. Maybe even more. Over the last few years, he’s become more of a joke than the badass he once was. It’s unfortunate because, when he first started, he was a capable leader – few people crossed him and survived.

This is something that could change soon, especially if Luke Cage is in Marvel Studios’ future. Truthfully, Tombstone is the antagonist that we should have seen in the Luke Cage Netflix show. Maybe we’ll get that chance to see that in the character’s possible future in the MCU.

9. Red Hood

Jason Todd’s time being at the top of a criminal empire was short lived. He came back to Gotham, killed a bunch of bosses’ second-in-command, cut off their heads, and put them in a bag for their leaders. That is how you make an impression. Jason gave them an ultimatum and they got on with their lives. Black Mask didn’t at first, but even he fell in line. He was tricked, but it was a smooth move from Todd. The Red Hood had every criminal living in fear because he did the one thing Batman wouldn’t do: He was willing to kill. Not only that, he had no problem being brutal and creative while doing it.
