6. Homelander and Soldier Boy
The Seven is the Justice League and the Avengers all in one. They make more money and are the more famous than anyone. Every hero wants a piece of what comes with being on that team and part of Vought International. But no one wants it more than Soldier Boy. He needs it. So bad that every year he has sex with Homelander at Herogasm. He tells Soldier Boy it’s part of his entrance exam. It clearly isn’t.
Will this happen?
This is a tough one. On one hand, it’s something that The Boys would do, especially after what Starlight went through in season 1. On the other hand, it may be too much for some people. And that is likely the reason that it was ultimately cut. Plus, if this writer is correct, Soldier Boy is in stasis like Winter Soldier in between being needed (see the trailer 3 for more on that). That could mean he may not even know Homelander or care about The Seven.
5. Payback goes for the boys
In between all of the decadence, Payback goes to James Stillwell (who we haven’t met yet) to discuss their annoyances. They didn’t like their current situation and Vic the Veep grabbing Crimson Countess inappropriately didn’t help. Stillwell, being the calm and strategic person that he is, already has plans for them. He wants them to take out The Boys.
Will this happen?
This probably won’t happen. We’ve already seen Crimson Countess and it looks like she hates Homelander. If Payback did have a meeting with someone, it’s to attack or even kill The Seven. Hopefully, Stillwell isn’t really dead. It would be a waste.
