These are the best moments from The Boys: Herogasm comic book. Will any of them make it into season 3 of Amazon Prime Video’s TV series?
Hearing that Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys is actually going to adapt the infamous Herogasm storyline was shocking, to say the least. There’s so much debauchery in the mini-series that it shocked a lot of people. However, that also distracts people from the fact that it’s a good story and an important part of The Boys lore.
For all of the sex, drugs, and other things that can’t be mentioned, this story leads directly to the end of the series. It’s great that the show’s creative team found a way to make this story happen. However they adapt it, this writer believes they’ll do an incredible job and it’s guaranteed to be unforgettable. Some of the comics’ most notorious moments may even make the episode.
Coming up, we have the most important part of Herogasm the comic book series and whether or not they’ll make it to Amazon Prime.
Before you begin the article and the show, you should be warned. Both the Herogasm episode and series aren’t for everyone. There will be drug use, assault, and so much more that may not be suitable for all viewers and readers. So, before you go and research the episode and watch the episode, be prepared to see things you may not be used to.

8. The press conference
The Boys: Herogasm opens up with a press conference. Homelander called it to talk about the planetary level threat in their solar system. All of the hero teams, solo acts, and even some of the villains were going to help. Since there was no time to waste, they (the supes) all flew away before they were asked questions. This was just a coverup so they could engage in depravity.
Will this happen in The Boys TV series?
It’s possible. The episode before Herogasm could end with the press conference. It’s a simple thing that could be easily pulled off and would lead perfectly into the episode. The one thing that may be changed is how we see it on a TV format. Perhaps it won’t be a press conference. Maybe it will be seen on TV and the cell phones instead of on the steps of a congress building.
7. Queen Maeve stays in her room
Queen Maeve appeared stuck up in the comics. We later find out that there was a reason behind her bitter attitude towards everyone. When she arrived at Herogasm, Maeve had an agenda. She wanted to find a couple of guys, take them to her room, and sleep with them the entire time.
Will this happen?
This will likely happen. Queen Maeve hates everyone. She may have helped Star Light and Kimiko beat Stormfront, but even that was for herself and hurting Homelander more than anything. Maeve will not want to hang around the other superpowered beings. As soon as Maeve gets to Herogasm, she’s probably going to her room. Whether or not she goes alone depends on whether or not she’s single.

6. Homelander and Soldier Boy
The Seven is the Justice League and the Avengers all in one. They make more money and are the more famous than anyone. Every hero wants a piece of what comes with being on that team and part of Vought International. But no one wants it more than Soldier Boy. He needs it. So bad that every year he has sex with Homelander at Herogasm. He tells Soldier Boy it’s part of his entrance exam. It clearly isn’t.
Will this happen?
This is a tough one. On one hand, it’s something that The Boys would do, especially after what Starlight went through in season 1. On the other hand, it may be too much for some people. And that is likely the reason that it was ultimately cut. Plus, if this writer is correct, Soldier Boy is in stasis like Winter Soldier in between being needed (see the trailer 3 for more on that). That could mean he may not even know Homelander or care about The Seven.
5. Payback goes for the boys
In between all of the decadence, Payback goes to James Stillwell (who we haven’t met yet) to discuss their annoyances. They didn’t like their current situation and Vic the Veep grabbing Crimson Countess inappropriately didn’t help. Stillwell, being the calm and strategic person that he is, already has plans for them. He wants them to take out The Boys.
Will this happen?
This probably won’t happen. We’ve already seen Crimson Countess and it looks like she hates Homelander. If Payback did have a meeting with someone, it’s to attack or even kill The Seven. Hopefully, Stillwell isn’t really dead. It would be a waste.
4. Homelander destroys a plane
After having sex with Soldier Boy, Homelander said to himself that he could do whatever he wanted. Soon after saying that, he proved that he could. A naked Homelander flew into the air and burned an airplane full of people with his laser eyes. Why? Because he can do whatever he wants.
Will this happen?
Homelander destroying the plane with his laser eyes was a game changer. He’s done horrible things, but they usually served a purpose. Sometimes they were selfish and others were from orders he received. He did this because he could. With that in mind, he may not destroy a plane in The Boys TV series, but he will do something heinous to a lot of innocent people.
3. Vic the Veep does Herogasm
Vic the Veep is an idiot that managed to become the Vice President of the United States. He was put into office because he’s easily manipulated and he was supe-friendly. The idea was for Vic to become president after the current one was killed. With him in office, Vought America could get government funding to send superpowered beings overseas to help the military.
Will this happen?
Victor Neuman was replaced by Victoria Neuman in the series. But that wasn’t the only aspect changed as Victoria much smarter than her comic book counterpart. She’s the mastermind behind heads blowing up in season 2. The only thing we may see is more evidence of her trying to become president. As a result, she definitely won’t be partaking in the sex and drugs.

2.Black Noir and Hughie
Before Herogasm, Black Noir didn’t do much. He was involved in what happened to Starlight (The Boys No. 1) and later fell thousands of feet from the air during the big New York tragedy of the series (The Boys No. 21). While M.M., The Female, Frenchie, and Butcher continued with their kidnapping, Hughie was snatched by Black Noir. The weird part is Noir didn’t kill him. He stuck his thumb where the sun doesn’t shine and left Hughie hurt and confused.
Will this happen?
Since this ties into the ending of The Boys, it could very well happen in the series just like it happened in the comics. Black Noir is more than we know. If you’ve read the comics, you’re aware of what’s going on with him. If something like this doesn’t happen in the season, then the ending will be different from the comics.
1. Homelander plans a coup
After Homelander realized that nothing could stop him, he decided it was time to take over. The supes needed to inherit the Earth. He put a plan together and was going to tell everyone at Herogasm during their award show. It wasn’t until Stillwell walked in that he stopped. Apparently, Homelander can’t do whatever he wants.
Will this happen?
First, Stillwell is dead in the series so he won’t stop Homelander from doing whatever he wants. Plus, when he did come up with the plan in the comics, it happened much later in the overall story. It would make more sense for Homelander to start his plan during Herogasm instead. This would start the progression towards the end of the series.
This writer thinks that five seasons is more than enough to tell the story of The Boys, especially since this is live action. On that note, expect Homelander to start making his outrageous endgame plan in season 3.
