Starlight
Starlight (who’s now going by her real name Annie January) is the only person who can challenge the popularity of Billy Butcher. She’s no longer the sweet character who does whatever is asked of her. Throughout this season she’s been a rebel. Homelander being able to kill her and people never finding her body didn’t stop her. She’s continued to call out Homelander and Vought International for their malfeasance.
Annie being killed is a possibility. Her death could be the one thing that’s stopped Homelander from going full force on trying to take over the world. He needed Annie January for his ratings. That may no longer be the case. Homelander has a cult that has boosted his approval rating. It would also be a way for Hughie to get his head out of his butt. Although, her death could cause some fans to stop watching The Boys, so it’s hard to tell if the show would actually make that decision.

A-Train:
On the opposite side of Annie January is A-Train. He’s easily one of the most detested characters on the show. It took his brother getting severely injured for him to realize that he’s on the wrong side of things. Now that he can run again (thanks to a new heart from Blue Hawk), will he stand up against the people who hate him or join them? If he fights with or against them, he could definitely be killed. The only way he stays alive is by staying out of everything.
