Secret Invasion premiered June 21, but will Marvel drop the full season or will episodes be released weekly on Disney Plus? We break down the Secret Invasion release schedule.

The Secret Invasion is about to begin! After months of anticipation, Marvel’s Secret Invasion finally premieres on June 21 with Samuel L. Jackson making his long-awaited return to lead the newest Disney Plus original series.

Marvel’s latest original series delves into the discovery made by Nick Fury, who learns about a covert invasion of Earth orchestrated by a faction of Skrulls capable of shape-shifting. Joined by trusted allies such as Everett Ross, Maria Hill, and the Skrull Talos, Fury races against time to thwart the imminent Skrull takeover and ensure humanity’s salvation.

The series promises to be unlike anything we’ve seen from the MCU so far on Disney Plus as the show dives deep into the world of Nick Fury in what promises to be an edge-of-you-seat thriller.

Will Secret Invasion release all at once?

Secret Invasion will kick off its run on June 21 and Disney Plus has opted to go with a weekly release schedule for the series, rather than releasing the show all at once. This has been the standard model for most Disney Plus original shows including the previous MCU-set shows; however, it will change later this year when Disney Plus drops the full season of Echo on launch day rather than releasing episodes weekly.

Secret Invasion release schedule: When do new episodes drop in the US?

New episodes of Secret Invasion will be released every Wednesday on Disney Plus beginning on June 21. The series will consist of six episodes in total which will release without interruption across the final weeks of June and into July leading up to the season finale on July 26.
