8. Weather Wizard

Similar to Grodd, there’s little chance the comic version of Weather Wizard makes it to TV intact, whether it’s the Silver Age guy controlling the weather with his wand or the New 52 iteration who’s able to exert his powers without a focus. That green costume has to go too.

But is it impossible to think that S.T.A.R. Labs is working on some kind of gizmo that might be able to affect the weather and could end up in the wrong hands? I’d say that’s entirely within the realm of possibility, which is why Weather Wizard manages to make the list.
