3. Angela

Beyoncé asked to see our halo, well maybe she should have her own in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the freelance angelic hero, Angela? Hardcore comic fans know Angela has a long-lost Asgardian from the Spawn comics before Marvel took over. She’s the sister of Thor and Loki, and there’s a way to flesh out that story.

Asgard was destroyed, but who knows where this fallen angel was all this time? Perhaps she was in the middle of a battle, the losing end which saw her plummet to earth. Image fans will know this story from the comics. And, with Disney Plus continuing to dive deeper into Marvel, this would make for a solid mini-series.

We could see a story where Angela falls to earth as a powerless mortal who needs the help of a fallen fairy to help her survive. Angela wasn’t introduced into Marvel until 2013’s Age of Ultron arc, so a movie or series could tell whatever story it wants. Seeing a fallen angel struggle to find her place on earth could be a breakout performance for Beyoncé. The MCU could make Angela a household name and give the R&B queen the spotlight she needs and deserves – solidifying her as a force to be reckoned with.
