Is Fantastic Four (1994) on Disney Plus?
It’s no secret the Fantastic Four have had their issues when it comes to big-screen live-action adaptations. Every iteration from the Roger Corman attempt in the ’90s to the Josh Trank directed abomination in 2015. While the Fox films starring Jessica Alba and Captain America’s Chris Evans have a significant fan base, many consider the best version for them to be that of the animated endeavor that arrived in 1994, lasting two 13 episode seasons.
Fantastic Four, or Fantastic Four: The Animated Series as it was often called, has been revered as one of the best Marvel animated shows by many, and it’s a must-see for those in need of some stellar adventures from the comic book publisher’s favorite foursome of superpowers beings.
Serving as part of the Marvel Action Hour later named Marvel Action Universe with Iron Man, the animated sensation was a hit with fans from start to finish. The story followed Sue Storm, Reed Richards, the Thing, and the Human Torch as they embark on all kinds of comic-inspired adventures encountering many heavy hitters like Black Panther, Ego the Living Planet, Galactus, the Super-Skull, Black Bolt, and many more.
The titular team of heroes even appears in crossover episodes in both the Spider-Man animated series and The Incredible Hulk animated series. Every episode of Fantastic Four, including the crossover entries, is all amiable now on Disney Plus for subscribers to enjoy.
