2. Gordon finds Joker

Comic book: Joker No. 3

Jim Gordon accepts the mission he was tasked with to find the Joker. During his travels, he talks about his process, discussing how he knows that it’s never the obvious place or person in an investigation such as this. Then, ironically, he follows a lead and the Joker opens the door.

Before Gordon could get a word in, Joker explains how he didn’t actually gas Arkham and now everyone who thinks he did is coming to kill him. Well, the people who are coming to kill him have actually arrived. It looks like we’re getting a Joker and Jim Gordon team-up in Joker No. 4.

1. Wonder Woman finds the Valkyries

Comic book: Wonder Woman No. 772

Wonder Woman finally recognizes her name thanks to Odin saying it. After hearing that, she begins to fly. She still doesn’t know who she is, but it’s enough to help piece parts of her life together.

After being killed on the battlefield again, we find out that Deadman was the mysterious voice helping Diana out. He warns her that Olympus needed her help. She tells him she can’t leave because she made a promise to help and she wasn’t going to stop until she’s finished her quest.

On the last page, Odin takes Wonder Woman to Fortress Valkyrie. We don’t know what she’ll find… other than a fight with the Valkyries.
