Will Tyler ever change his mind and use the Memory Key?

At the end of Locke and Key Season 2, Tyler had done an 180 on the Memory Key. When the key was initially found, Tyler wanted to have Jackie use the Memory Key so she could remember magic.

But at the end of the season, after witnessing Jackie die as a direct result of he keys found throughout Key House, he changes his mind. Tyler takes off on a road trip for Winter Break, and he tells Bode he no longer wanted to remember magic once he reached his 18th birthday.

The question we all have is will something happen in season 3 of Locke and Key happen to change his mind. It’s one thing for supporting characters to not remember magic, but Tyler has been one of the three leads of the show. How will the show progress without him being able to remember the things that happen as a result of the magical keys of Key House?

It will be most interesting to see how the writers use this in the third season of the show. Will they keep him in what will be a state of not being able to remember the keys, or will they have something happen in the season that has him change his mind? Only time will tell.
