Is What If…? season 2 coming out in 2022?

Marvel’s What If…? was one of the most successful TV shows of the year. A look at what could have been in the MCU if certain events had played out differently, the animated series thrived on turning the MCU upside down.

It was renewed for a second season before the first even began, so we know it will return, but as animation can take time to bring to life, it’s not yet known when / if we can expect it this year.

Is Loki season 2 coming out in 2022?

The second season of Loki was confirmed in the credits of the first season’s finale and it was met with a positive response from fans. Of all the MCU shows on Disney Plus, it was the most likely to return for another offering, but it isn’t yet known when it will be back.

As Loki season 2 has yet to begin filming, it’s unlikely that it will be released this year. It’s not impossible, but a late 2022 release window is only real possibility here. A 2023 release seems far more likely.

Is The Marvels released in 2022?

While upcoming Captain Marvel sequel The Marvels was initially supposed to be released in 2022 (moving from July to November), it will now have a release date of February 17, 2023.
