Batman: DC Comics’ Bat-Family characters ranked from worst to best
By Mark Lynch
15. Ghost-Maker
Ghost-Maker hasn’t been around for a year yet. In that short amount of time, he’s made an impact. He’s currently helping Bruce in the Fear State series and he’s shown to be just as good of a fighter as Bruce, almost as smart, and definitely more direct with what he wants.
Ghost-Maker may be new, but he’s proving to have potential. With Bruce leaving Gotham later this year, this could mean Ghost-Maker could step in and be a bigger part of protecting the city. He and Harley Quinn also seem to be getting close – not necessarily in a romantic way, but he finds her interesting.
A good way to increase Ghost-Maker’s popularity with fans might be to dig into his past and explore his backstory. He’s too fascinating to not know more about him.

14. Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn has never truly been evil. Has she done unthinkable things? Absolutely, but that doesn’t make her inherently evil. She’s the product of being manipulated by someone she thought she loved. Once she realized who she was and what her worth is, she snapped out of it. Now she spends all her time making up for all the harm that she did.
Harley came up exceptionally clutch during Joker War. She followed up the heroism by helping the clowns who were victims like she was.
Batman accepting her into his Bat-Family is a big deal. It was cute how he gave her a toaster with the Bat-Symbol on it as a housewarming gift. This was him letting her know she’s part of the family. She needed to know that her efforts weren’t going unnoticed. She knows she caused him and his loved ones a lot of pain but she continues to prove that she’s not the same person.
