6. Oliver Jackson-Cohen

Oliver Jackson-Cohen could also make an incredible Batman, and he should be on the shortlist of actors in the running to take on the role, especially if The Brave and the Bold is the first time we’re introduced to the new Batman. The Haunting of Hill House, Bly Manor, and Wilderness star is 36 years old. He’d be about 40 by the time the movie was released, which means he’s basically the perfect age for a Batman with a young teenager. He’s a sneaky good pick for the next Bruce Wayne/Batman, and he looks great as Batman, too.

Overall, Jackson-Cohen has played a lot of dark and serious roles. He’s amazing in The Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor, which are available to stream on Netflix. He’s also really good in the new Amazon show, Wilderness. He has great emotional range as an actor, which is definitely something Gunn and Safran should be looking for.

I’d definitely be happy with Jackson-Cohen as the next Batman. He might be the least well-known of the actors on the list, but that might not be a bad thing. Gunn has a history of creating stars in superhero movies!
