18. Judge Claude Frollo

"“Mark my words, you will pay for this insolence.” -Judge Claude Frollo"

Where do you start with someone like Judge Claude Frollo? He judges people based on the word of God. As if that isn’t bad enough, he takes zero accountability for his impure thoughts about Esmeralda. It’s typical hubris with a lot of sanctimony.

This writer could say more, but Claude Frollo doesn’t need to be expounded on. Everything about him is inexcusable. However, that’s what makes him a great villain. It’s hypocrisy at its best. It also shows how diverse Disney can be when they’re creating antagonists. That being said, fans don’t need anyone as vile as him to ever be emulated.

17. Mei Lee

"“Well, Sorry I’m Not Perfect! Sorry I’m Not Good Enough! And Sorry I’ll Never Be Like You!” -Mei Lee"

Mei Lee was adorable from the minute the movie started. She was into boy bands, loved her friends and her family, and enjoyed life. Then, her curse appeared, and she became a giant red panda. Instead of focusing on the negative, Mei found a way to profit from her transformation. A brilliant move. Especially by a group of teenagers.

Mei’s story is all about stopping generational curses. An important lesson for anyone. It wasn’t just Mei and her mother going through it. The best part of this was when Mei kept her red panda abilities, and her mother accepted it.
