Jeffrey Dean Morgan

Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Batman? I mean, come on, what more do I need to say?!

Morgan has done about everything there is to do as an actor, taking on several iconic roles over the years but we've somehow never gotten the chance to see him take on the role of a major superhero in a leading role. Well, that should change and James Gunn has the chance to make our dream a reality by casting Morgan as Batman in the new DC Universe.

Morgan truly checks off all the boxes we imagine DC would be looking for when casting the role. He has a knack for using subtle facial expressions to convey a wide range of emotions which is key for a character as complicated as Batman whose face is often covered by his iconic mask. His voice has that gravelly tone we often associate with Batman as well as the physical presence needed to pull off Batman's intimidating stature. Oh, and let's not forget about his charisma which would be perfect for pulling off Bruce Wayne's public persona as a charming billionaire playboy.

Casting Morgan as the Dark Knight would be such an incredible decision and fans would surely have no problem getting behind a Batman movie starring Morgan in the lead role.
