9 shows in danger of being canceled in 2024 including The Mandalorian

A number of shows will be ending in 2024 and we have a bad feeling The Mandalorian and these other hit shows could join that list.

Goosebumps on Disney+ and Hulu on Oct. 13, 2023. /

Disney+ hasn't exactly instilled hope in their subscribers when it comes to original content. Few Disney+ original shows have managed to make it past their first season and those that have haven't exactly enjoyed a long run with High School Musical: The Musical: The Series being a rare exception and it still only made it to season 4.

Goosebumps is a popular brand, but the Disney+ show didn't exactly drum up a lot of excitement of buzz from audiences which has us wondering whether the show won't be scaring up more episodes after its first season.

American Horror Story

We know American Horror Story will make it to at least season 13, but should it go beyond that, and will FX even want to continue the show beyond thirteen seasons? Well, that is the burning question fans have this year.

It's fair to say that AHS has been losing momentum in recent years with its latest seasons failing to create as much buzz as the show's early seasons. It's also far from the acclaimed darling it was during its heyday when the show was taking home Emmy after Emmy. While we imagine Ryan Murphy could keep coming up with new stories, the question is how much longer will audiences stick around?

Ending with season 13 seems so fitting and there is no denying that if fans know season 13 will be the last it will help the show go out with a bang. Murphy would have the chance to tie the overall narratives of the show's seasons together and possibly even lure back a few favorites for one last appearance as part of the send-off.
