WWE Royal Rumble 2024: Every match ranked from worst to best
4. Logan Paul vs. Kevin Owens - US Championship Match
There was a lot of hype for the US Championship match but it still felt like the least-anticipated offering on the card. That's understandable given that you had the two Royal Rumble matches and a World Championship match on the card, but even then, there were hopes that Logan Paul and Kevin Owens could deliver.
For the most part, they did, offering up a strong bout that engaged audiences well. That being said, the constant focus on Kevin Owens' injured hand did slow the pacing a little, as well as making it feel a little bit repetitive. Sure, it was a storyline, but I feel like a match with these two didn't need a predictable arc and that we could have just enjoyed a more straightforward wrestling match - especially given how much Paul keeps surprising people.
The ending also like it let this match down. Don't get me wrong, the post-match beatdown from Owens and the announce table spot definitely added more spice to this feud, but it would have been nice to see a more definitive ending - and not a been-there-done-that screw-job to engineer it.
It was a very good match, but honestly, both men have had better.
