The Master Of Magnetism Continues His Solo Crusade In Magneto #2

Did you enjoy reading about Magneto in the debut of his ongoing solo title this week? You’re in luck then, because his adventures continue next month in Magneto #2. That is the definition of “ongoing,” after all.

Deciding to take a proactive stance on the defense of mutants, stopping threats before they can fully take shape, seems to agree with Magneto. That’s fine for the present, but what about his past, easily one of the most checkered ones in all of the Marvel universe? Something from days gone by is gearing up to jeopardize the future for all mutants. And if that’s not enough, S.H.I.E.L.D. has found about what the Master of Magnetism is up to, and it’s not the type of organization that just sits around and lets things happen.

Magneto #2 is presented by writer Cullen Bunn and artist Gabriel Hernandez Walta, with a cover by award-winning Daredevil artist Chris Samnee and a variant by Jerome Opena and Dean White. It hits comic stores and digital on April 2, but you can get a sneak peek at some pages right here (just click to enlarge).
