Dawn Of Justice Rumor: New Armored Batsuit

From Latino Review, we have updated reports that Ben Affleck will be sporting at least two different Batsuits in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. We had a preview of the first one which was shown in black-and-white back in mid-May.
An official picture of the second one may not be shown until around February or March of 2015. In the report, a source says that the first one is definitely grey-and-blue. But the second one will be armored and look like the ones that appeared in the stories Kingdom Come and The Dark Knight Returns.
The movie version will be composed of armor plating, silver-white in color, attached to a black undercloth. The black undercloth will be exposed at the joints. Commenting about the look of the suit, the source had this to say about it:
"… it looks incredible. Equally, or maybe even better-looking than the other suit and it’s leagues above and beyond Bale’s suit …"
It seems that Kevin Smith was right all along. There will be multiple Batsuits in Dawn of Justice. The questions remaining are: Is the purpose of the armored suit to fight Superman? Or be used in partnership with the Man of Steel to face off against a villain?
