SDCC 2015: Batman V Superman POP Vinyl Highlights Final Wave Of Funko Exclusives

Maybe Funko saved the best for last. While the popular maker of POP Vinyl figures and a host of other collectibles has been releasing its Comic-Con exclusives in waves, the tenth and final batch unveiled today might have the most highly sought after Funkp piece of 2015 for comic book and super hero fans.

Pictured below is the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Batman v Superman 2-pack. It features DC’s two most iconic heroes in their costumes from the upcoming movie, and apparently includes a base so that the Man of Steel can take to the air. It’s pretty sweet, and should be enticing even to fans who don’t typically collect POP Vinyl figures (assuming there are some still out there!).

The other product line introduced in the final wave of exclusives is Pop! Tees, which are t-shirts that feature artwork depicting the company’s vinyl figures, packaged in special Pop! Tee boxes. One of the highlights is a Black Widow tee that pictures her with Captain America’s shield — no doubt inspired by the Avengers: Age of Ultron scene where she had to retrieve it for Cap — but for pure nostalgia value, it’s hard to beat this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tee that pays tribute to the cover from the original Mirage #1 issue.

This seems like a good time to point out once again that Funko is not offering any pre-orders for these SDCC 2015 exclusives, saving them for actual Comic-Con attendees. There is a limit of one figure per person at the show, but you’ll undoubtedly want to set aside some time to hit the Funko booth if at all possible.
