A Discovery of Witches
Based on the best-selling books, this AMC series is set in a world where vampires and witches co-exist, albeit with tension. A relationship soon grows between witch Dana (Diana Bishop) and vampire Matthew (Matthew Goode) to discover the secrets of a mysterious book.
Cue adventures that include a time travel arc and murders, along with the growing romance of the leads. The three seasons flow like a novel and make for a good watch as the mix of supernatural genres makes for a compelling show.

Mayfair Witches
The late, great Anne Rice inspired this AMC series, starring the stunning Alexandra Daddario. She plays a woman who slowly uncovers her witchy heritage and finds herself caught up in a war between various forces.
Daddario is truly bewitching in the lead as her character grows and a sinister evil stalks her. The action and thrills amp up as the series goes on and a big cliffhanger finish. Thankfully, a second season is soon to debut, so it’s the perfect time to catch up on one of the better witch-themed shows out there.
