Prototype Black Panther And Two-Face New Era Caps On eBay

New Era has designed quite a few Marvel and DC hats over the past few years, but apparently not all of them made it past the sample stage. As evidence, there’s a pair of prototype fitted caps on eBay right now that never hit stores, and if your wallet can take the hit, you can ensure you’re the only person to be rocking these particular comic characters on your noggin.

For Marvel fans, there’s a Black Panther hat featuring the long-tenured Avenger and ruler of Wakanda coming straight at you.  On the DC side, well-known Batman villain Two-Face is appropriately embroidered on only one half of this hat.

With Buy It Now prices of $89.99 and $119.99, respectively, these caps aren’t cheap. But hey, sometimes you have to pay for exclusivity, and they do come with free shipping. It’s also comforting to know that the folks at New Era aren’t always thinking about ways to make more Superman, Batman and Spider-Man caps, though there certainly are plenty of those out there.

The best part for anyone thinking about copping one of these caps is that you don’t have to worry about me snagging them. I’m a size 7 3/4, so both are too small for my big head.
