Batman Trivia: Harley Quinn and Batman TAS

It’s Batman Trivia time again! the first episode of Batman the Animated series aired on September 5th 1992 and the final episode was on September 15th 1995. Strange it seems to me it ran longer than that, even though I have all the box sets of the DVDs and know how many seasons it had. I was probably watching the reruns for years without realizing it.

Today’s Batman Trivia question is about my favorite clown girl, Harley Quinn! Who created Harley Quinn? Where did she first appear? Bonus points if you can name the first voice actress to voice Harley Quinn in Batman TAS.
