Batman Trivia: D-List Villains

Another day has come and gone and now I bring you Batman Trivia of the Day dear readers. Today will be all about D-list villains in the Batman universe. Yesterday I asked for the name of a D-lister who is a murderer that can’t really die, or should I say he dies but he doesn’t stay dead, he’s kind of like an evil Captain Jack Harkness, only lame. I’m talking about the Japanese villain Lord Death Man, who Batman blasted into space, where he dies and comes back over and over. Today’s trivia will be about a D-list villain who shouldn’t be on the D-list at all because they are awesome! It’s also an easy question but will lead up to a better one tomorrow. What is the real name of the Batman villain The Phantasm from Batman: Mask of the Phantasm?
