Carnage is in the Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game.

Carnage is one of Spider-Man’s more psychotic and recognisable villains. The offspring of Venom that bonds with the dangerous Cletus Kasady. Carnage is currently the favourite villain to be appearing in the planned Venom movie that Sony have green-lit however fans of the character won’t have to wait that long to see him.

That’s because Beenox have released a new video focussing on some of the villains that we’ll be looking to encounter throughout the Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game. Whilst the video gives us Kingpin, Electro, Kraven and Green Goblin there were one or two surprises. Check out the video below.

As you can see in the above video we can see Felicia Hardy aka the Black Cat is definitely in the game and she definitely seems to clash with Spider-Man. Sure Felicia’s appearance in the film is still slightly up in the air but it’s safe to say it seems certain from the footage in the above video that the on-off female hero will be a boss in the game.

However more excitingly is the small, yet fantastic, glimpse of what appears to be Carnage. We see a man in orange prison clothes being transported into a prison room on a stretcher and he is writhing around. The next shot we got was an arm smashing through the observation glass and grabbing what appears to be a doctor. What’s on the Arm? A red substance that appears to be a symbiote methinks.

So. If you still weren’t sure about getting the game surely the prospect of going up against Carnage will get you excited enough. Plus if you pre-order the game you get the web threads pack you get the Iron Spider, Noir & Black Spider and Cosmic Spider suits. There are just so many good things.
