New Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Video Teases Effects Of Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Well, now this is awkward. See, I haven’t had a chance to see Captain America: The Winter Soldier yet, which is shameful for the editor of a site about comics and super heroes, I know. I’ve also been valiantly avoiding spoilers, so I’m not aware of how the movie affects the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. TV show.

I do know that Marvel is saying the movie has a dramatic impact, as evidenced by use of the phrase, “Nothing will ever be the same.” Whether you’re a fan of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. or not, you’ve got to admire the way Marvel has been tying everything together. It definitely makes investing time in the movies and shows feel more worthwhile.

And I pretty much need to see the movie before Tuesday at 8, because the new episode “Turn, Turn, Turn” continues to explore both the shocking events from last week’s episode and the fallout from The Winter Soldier. There’s no need for you to take my uninformed word for it, though, as Marvel released the new video you’ll see below to get you even more curious.

The show will air all new episodes from now until the season finale on May 13, so whatever is planned from here on out should be interesting indeed.
