Jennifer Garner Got in Trouble For Batman Talk

Recently Mrs. Ben Affleck quipped to the various sources, including Entertainment Tonight, that she had seen the new Batsuit for the upcoming Batman Vs Superman film.

"I don’t think I can get [Ben] out of the suit. I think I’ll go to set and look from afar… I’ve seen the suit…The suit is UNBELIEVABLY cool! Total reinvention. It looks great!"

Now it appears as though those passing comments have gotten her in hot water. In her recent interview with Collider, she had this to say:

"I have gotten in some trouble for my little quotes and I am learning to [keep my mouth shut]. I thought that I was saying things that were foregone conclusions. It turns out nothing is, and you will not be hearing from me on the Batman front."

To me, this seems like a knee jerk reaction by Warner Brothers. If Ben Affleck is Batman, I can assume he will be wearing a Batsuit. The fact that she said it looked “cool” is press that the studio surely needs, considering the backlash from fans on the casting front.
