Batman: Assault on Arkham Gets PG-13 Rating

Last year at San Diego Comic-Con DC announced two animated Batman films to premiere in 2014. The first, Son of Batman, is available now. The second, Assault on Arkham, will pop up later this year.

If you’re not familiar with the premise, Assault is a full length animated film based on Rocksteady’s uber-popular Arkham video game series. Well, today arkhamverse.com reported that the film has received its official rating. Drumroll please….It clocks in at PG-13! Now here’s the interesting thing:

Violence, sure. Language, ok. Sexual content? Now that’s a new one. If i had to guess, I’d say that had Catwoman written all over it.
