Amazing Spider-Man 2 will get a huge rollout in the US

Sure the United States have had to wait a while for the Amazing Spider-Man 2 to hit their cinemas. But that’s surely because it is going to hit almost every cinema there is in the country. Seriously Sony are serious about the release of this movie as the Amazing Spider-Man 2 is due to be released in over 4,000 theatres nationwide.

That’s right on May 2nd no one should have trouble finding a screen to watch Amazing Spider-Man 2 as I imagine there won’t be any other films available to watch! Okay I’m kidding the Amazing Spider-Man might be on as a double-bill two parter. Okay I’m jesting even more.

This isn’t quite a record. No that honour goes to the incredible movie that was The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, which rolled out in 4,468 theatres in 2010. Although the first Amazing Spider-Man got close with 4,318 cinema screens playing it’s Spidey goodness. That’s a lot of films being played!
