Five Daredevil Villains We’d Like To See On TV

Of the Marvel properties coming to Netflix starting in 2015, Daredevil probably is playing for the highest stakes. Fans want to see the character done justice, not just because Matt Murdock has a history full of great stories in the comics, but also because he’s carrying some baggage with him onto TV — and yes, that’s a reference to the 2003 film starring Ben Affleck in the title role.

In some ways, a hero is only as compelling as the villains he or she has to overcome, and Daredevil has some good ones from which to choose. He also has Stilt-Man, Leap-Frog and the Matador, but no one’s perfect.

We already know that Murdock’s most iconic foe, the Kingpin, will be in the series, played by Vincent D’Onofrio. But surely Wilson Fisk won’t be the only threat to Hell’s Kitchen over the course of 13 episodes, and besides, Kingpin prefers remaining behind the scenes and letting others do his dirty work for him.
