Comixology Puts 201 Nightwing Comics On Sale For 99 Cents Each
By Nick Tylwalk
It’s really hard to keep Dick Grayson down. Though it looked like DC was going to enrage his passionate fans by having him buy the farm in Forever Evil — and technically, he was very briefly dead until Lex Luthor restarted his heart — he managed to make it out alive. But with his identity exposed to the world, going back to being Nightwing was no longer an option. How will he lend his talents to the battle against evil now?
We’ll find out when Grayson #1 releases tomorrow, but Comixology isn’t ready to close the door on the Nightwing era just yet. Through July 7 at 11 pm EST, you can get 201 digital issues of Nightwing’s adventures for just 99 cents each.
That’s a lot of Grayson. The offer includes the original four-issue Nightwing limited series from 1995, the entire run of the ongoing series that began the next year and lasted until 2009, and every issue of the New 52 book that ran up until that unfortunate Forever Evil business. Other comics in the sale include the classic Teen Titans story “The Judas Contract,” some issues of Birds of Prey with Nightwing in a guest-starring role, his 80-Page Giant and more.
We’re not suggesting you try to buy everything all in one shot, but if you were going to, this would be the time. Head to Comixology now to see the sale.
