Five More DC Heroes Who Would Be Perfect For Arrow

As long as we’re going all-in on the Satellite Era (not a bad thing in this writer’s opinion), why not have this popular female hero on for some guest appearances? It’s not hard to imagine a stage magician making some noise in Starling City, perhaps checking into some unusual occurrences on her own before crossing paths with Team Arrow.

There’s an obvious question about whether the producers would want to open the can of worms that magic brings to the table, but some clever writing can easily make it questionable whether Zatanna is really doing the things she appears to be doing. The other great thing about magic is that it’s only as powerful as you want it to be, so there’s no need to let it carried away. Keep it vague and there’s no problem. If nothing else, it would be great to see Felicity go off on some super skeptical rants about Z’s abilities.

Black Canary has no fishnets on the show, so Zatanna would probably have to lose those as well. No matter. It shouldn’t be that difficult to come up with something that gives her the proper air of intrigue and mystery. All you’d need is an actress who doesn’t mind learning some of her lines in reverse and you’d be all set.
