Stan Lee Wants to Cameo in Batman v Superman?

Well Caped Crusaders, I just found an interesting article claiming that Stan Lee would like to cameo in Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice. Actually there are several articles all over the web discussing this but I believe I have tracked the story back to it’s source.

“DC could probably make a lot more money with Superman and Batman if they announced that I’d have a cameo in it! People wouldn’t believe it – they’d have to go to the theatre to see it!”

According to Digital Spy (digitalspy.com), Stan Lee stated at the London Film and Comic Con: “DC could probably make a lot more money with Superman and Batman if they announced that I’d have a cameo in it! People wouldn’t believe it – they’d have to go to the theatre to see it!”

You can read the full article on Digital Spy, written by Justin Harp and Amie Parker-Williams, here. Apparently he may have said something else to the same effect at the Wizard World Nashville Comic Con:

"“I’ll show you why DC isn’t so smart,” said Lee. “If I were the head of DC, I would contact me and say, ‘How about doing a cameo in the next Superman movie?’ Can you imagine? Nobody would believe it. Everybody would go see it.”"

This is according to an article by ‘Joe Comicbook’ on Comicbook.com. I seriously doubt that DC is going to include a cameo from Stan Lee in Dawn of Justice, but now I want to see it! I think it would be hilarious to see, and why not, I’ve seen countless interviews with Stan in featurettes on the DVDs of DC animated films.
