SDCC 2014: First Image Of Gal Gadot As Wonder Woman In Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice

Joseph Schmidt of Bleeding Cool was Johnny on the spot (I guess Joe on the spot, really) to get this image that a lot of fans have been anticipating: Wonder Woman from Batman v. Superman: Dawn Of Justice during the Warner Bros. panel in Hall H at Comic-Con:

We’ll no doubt be seeing a lot more of Gal Gadot in costume over the next days and weeks, but her outfit looks pretty faithful to what you’d hope/expect Diana to be wearing in the film. It’s got the lasso, tiara and chest emblem all down, and the sword is a must, given more recent portrayals of Wonder Woman.

Gadot was in attendance at the panel along with Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman) and director Zack Snyder, and some early footage was shown — twice. DC’s trinity of iconic heroes will appear together in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice when it hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
