World War Hulk Bundle And 99-Cent Sale On At Comixology
By Nick Tylwalk
Most super heroes don’t show up at your door and angrily rip it off its hinges if you don’t buy their digital comics when they go on sale at Comixology. Then again, the Hulk isn’t most super heroes.
I’m not suggesting that Bruce Banner’s ill-tempered alter ego is definitely going to show up at your domicile if you don’t take advantage of the World War Hulk Sale that is running through August 17, but it’s best to not take any chances and go check it out just to be on the safe side. What you’ll find is the entire World War Hulk event — that means the main series, tie-ins, the limited series that ran alongside it and spun off from it, the whole shooting match — for 99 cents each. You can even use the site’s handy reading order so you don’t get them out of sequence.
Another option would be to just buy the bundle of 46 issues for $44.99. Hulk would probably prefer you read the entire thing, seeing as his rampage was entirely justified by the fact that the Illuminati shot him into space against his will on a ship that later blew up and killed his pregnant wife (though that part wasn’t technically the Illuminati’s fault). You’d be looking for a little payback too.
Anyway, check the sale out and stay on the Hulk’s good side. You’ve seen what happens to people who don’t.
